EKW attorneys Hanan Efraim and Hadar Yair represented a group of tenants in the negotiations and signing of an evacuation and construction (“Pinuy Binuy”) agreement with H. Meitar Ltd., a respected and well-known entrepreneur and construction company in Israel.
The project includes evacuation of the four existing houses on the property, demolishing said houses and building a new building which hill hold approx. 40 apartments.
