EKW attorneys Hanan Efraim and Tsippy Bengi represent 3 buildings in HaOrgim st’ and Perlstein st’ in Bat-Yam and Arlozorov st’ in Tel Aviv in “Tama 38” Projects, in which the contractor will strengthen the building against earthquakes, and while instead of adding 2 new floors to the building (as is customary in Tama 38 projects), the rights to build said floors will be mobilized to different buildings in which the contractor is involved as well.
Thus, the apartment owners will receive the contractor strengthening services without the additional two floors on the top of the building.
