EKW attorneys Hanan Efraim and Hadar Yair promote and represent the land owners in a large “Pinuy Binuy” project in a 7.2 Dunam property located in the industrial area of Bat-Yam. Said project includes the evacuation of the current buildings, demolishing them and erecting a large complex which will include office space, several hundreds of residential units and commercial areas.
HaSolelim project has received the support and approval from the Bat-Yam municipality and from the local planning committee. Currently, the project is under inspection of the district planning committee.
