“Dror Hotels Management”, owned by Mr. Dror Goldstein, has signed with Africa Israel Hotels (“AFI Hotels”) an operational lease agreement regarding “Patio Eilat Hotel”, which consists of 115 rooms, for a total period of approx 8 years. The above transaction is estimated to be around NIS 9 million.
Within the framework of this transaction, “Dror Hotels Management” shall additionally carry out a vast upgrade of the hotel in an extent of about NIS 7.5 million.
