Neil was previously a partner in leading Tel Aviv commercial law firms and has over 30 years of wide – ranging experience in commercial and corporate law, including cooperative society law, cross-border transactions with complex corporate structures as well as acting for clients in commercial dispute resolution and administrative review.
A particular field of expertise is the tourist industry – including representing clients from leading hotel chains to boutique hotels in acquisitions of hotels chains, international franchise agreements, sales and sale and leaseback transactions, rent and management agreements, planning and zoning issues and day to day industry issues.
Neil also has considerable experience in the agricultural sector – covering all aspects of cooperative society law in this sector. Of note, Neil acted as a leading attorney for the legislative process, government negotiations and subsequent representation in the agricultural sector in establishing new agricultural areas and settlements and in mass litigation resulting from the Israeli withdrawal plan from the Gaza Strip and North Samaria.
Neil has further expertise in government legislation processes, from draft to final committee revisions, and regulatory issues, including administrative review, in the reform of the vehicle industry undertaken by the Ministry of Transport and ongoing representation for importers and other service providers in the vehicle industry.
