“Dror Hotels Management”, owned by Mr. Dror Goldstein, has signed with Africa Israel Hotels (AFI Hotels) an operational lease agreement regarding “Express Beat Hotel” in Eilat, which consists of approx 215 rooms and additional areas.<\/p>\n
The agreement is for a period of 10 years and is estimated to be around 35 million NIS. In addition, a vast upgrade of the hotel will be carried out in an extent of 10 million NIS.<\/p>\n
Dror Goldstein is an experienced and an appriciated businessman in the hotels & leisure field in Israel, who until recently managed the “Reef Hotel” in Eilat. Goldstein says that “Dror Hotels Management” intends to upgrade and renovate “Express Beat Hotel” and to run it as an indulging club on an “all included” basis.<\/p>\n
